Friendship Circle serves up stew lunch, bazaar

The traditional harvest-time menu of beef stew, cheese bread, beverages and dessert will be served in the Grays River United Methodist Church social hall on Friday and Saturday, October 22 and 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Also available will be crafts, original paintings, clothing and home decorations, plus a second hand shop, and a bake sale. Again this year, takeout meals will be available. A free will donation is asked for the meal.

The church is on State Route 4 near milepost 18, on the hill above the Grays River Café. For more information on the event, phone 360-465-2740. To call in orders the day of the event, call 360-465-2391.
