Cross country practice set to start August 23

Another season for MS/HS cross country is about to start. Practice begins on August 23 at the WHS Girls softball field at 4 p.m. and the group will meet there daily until the start of school. An Athletic Medical Clearance form is required to practice; this form must be completed by a physician.

Come to practice prepared to run with properly fitted shoes, shorts, a watch and a bottle of water. All athletes, first timers and veterans are invited to be a part of this experiance.
