MORATORIUM OF THE ISSUANCE

OF BUILDING PERMITS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Cathlamet has passed and adopted a Resolution IMPOSING A MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION IN THE COLUMBIA RIDGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION(S).

A Public Hearing on this adopted MORATORIUM will be held at the regularly scheduled council meeting June 21, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the River Street Meeting Room located at 25 River Street, Cathlamet, WA 98612.
