From Assistant Coach Nick Vavoudis: The Mules golf team turned in one of their best performances of the year. Firing a four man total 165, they edged King's Way Christian by five strokes. Extending their record to 16-0 for the Mules were Cody Olsen 37, Cole Claussen 42, Andrew Weiler 43 and Justin McClain 45.
April 26 at North Beach
On a rain soaked afternoon, the Mules extended their record to 18-0, scoring 182 with wins over North Beach 234 and Three Rivers Christian 227. Scores for the Mules were Olsen 43, Weiler 44, Claussen 47 and McClain 48.
April 20 at Three Rivers, Kelso
The Mules Golf Team played at Three Rivers Golf Course in Kelso turning in their most consistent team performance in questionable weather conditions. Wind, rain and chilly temperatures were not enough to stop McClain from shooting a personal best 41. He tied Olsen for medalist honors while Claussen 42 and the ever consistent Weiler 43 rounded out the four senior attack. Also playing for the Mules were freshmen Brook Calvert 48 and Peter Weiler 49. The Mules team score of 167 was the lowest road performance to date. The Mules advanced their 2010 campaign to 15-0 with wins over Three Rivers Christian 221 and Adna 222.
