St. James Family Center in Cathlamet will present programs on youth and family safety on May 1, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Organizers say the program will feature activities for people of all ages. Organizers plan to have a raffle for a boy's bicycle and a girl's bicycle.
Topics include, among many, fire safety, car seat safety check, and infant and toddler safety.
Also tentatively planned are a bicycle safety course and inspections of car seats.
Free safety items will be distributed, including new bicycle helmets donated by Fire District 4.
Volunteers will provide finger printing for families who want to have finger print records of their children.
Refreshments will be available.
