Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
Architects Without Borders will return Saturday to present initial concepts for updating the Cathlamet Town Building and surrounding property.
The volunteer group will present the report in a special meeting of the town council at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Town officials encourage the public to attend. Around 80 persons attended a meeting in February and gave the architects ideas and input in the initial stage.
Town officials hope to gain a vision to develop and use the town hall, library, Pioneer Community Center and surrounding property.
The library will be closed Saturday afternoon so that staff and patrons can participate in the discussions.
