ORDINANCE NO. 528

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CMC 2.30.010 AND PROVIDING A PLACE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE TOWN

COUNCIL

WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Cathlamet has reviewed the suitability of the present meeting place for public meetings and determined that the former public meeting place located at 25 River Street, Cathlamet, Washington provides a larger and more comfortable space to accommodate public meetings for the conduct of Town business;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CATHLAMET:

1. CMC 2.30.010, relating to the official location of public Council Meetings is hereby amended to read as follows:

2.30.010 Regular Meetings.

Regular meetings of the Town Council of the Town of Cathlamet shall be held

once each month on the third Monday of each month. Regular meetings shall

be held in the River Street Meeting Room at 25 River Street in the Town of Cathlamet, and shall commence at the hour of 7:00 p.m .; PROVIDED, if the scheduled Town meeting falls on a State holiday, the meeting shall take place

on the following day at the same time and place.

2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after passage and

publication as provided by law.
