Donate blood for Blood Donor Month

January is National Blood Donor month and the Red Cross is celebrating the donations of thousands of volunteer blood donors and raising awareness of blood donation in a time of year when blood supplies fall to their lowest levels.

All eligible donors are asked to schedule an appointment to donate blood at the River of Life Assembly of God, 45 Main St. on January 25 from 1-6 p.m. by calling Patti Phillips 795-8821 or visit www.givelife.org, sponsor code, wahkiakum.
