NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SHORELINE MANAGEMENT, SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT, CONDITIONAL USE, OR VARIANCE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that Randall Vogt, Who is Owner of the below described property has filed an application for

a Shoreline Substantial Development & Conditional Use Permit for the development of Replacement of a residential

structure damaged by the elements; owned by Randall Vogt. Located at 977 Steamboat Slough Road Within NE 1/4 of

Section 17 Township 9 North, Range 6 West, Willamette Meridian in Skamokawa, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said

development is proposed to be within Skamokawa Creek and/or its associated wetlands.

Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application

should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final

date of publication of this notice which is January 21, 2010.

Written comments must be received by February 20, 2010.

A Determination of Non-Significance has been issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-340, any comments should be directed to

the Wahkiakum County Building and Planning Department, P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612, Within 14 days.

Written comments on the SEPA DNS must be submitted by January 25, 2010.
