NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

PROPOSED FIRE DISTRICT #4

AMENDMENT OF 2009 BUDGET

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Notice for Public Hearing on the Proposed Amendment of the Wahkiakum Fire District #4 2009 Budget, will be held by the Board of Commissioners of Wahkiakum County Fire Protection District No. 4, at their office, 13 Boege Road, PO Box 766, Cathlamet, Washington 98612, at 7:00 P.M., local time, on Tuesday, January 5, 2010, for the purpose of increasing the 2009 Fire District budget to include $11,000.00 received from the Department of Interior/Wild land Interface grant in December 2009.

 The purpose of the supplemental appropriation is to make increases in the 2009 budget.

 The source of the addition to the 2009 Fire District #4 budget is grant funds that were not included in the initial 2009 budget submitted on November 11, 2008.

 By order of the Board of Fire District Commissioners duly entered in Regular Session on the 1st day of December, 2009.
