Mule JV's win first two

The Wahkiakum Mule boys junior varsity basketball team posted wins in the first two games of the season.

Last Thursday, the Mules stumped Columbia Adventist 57-38.

Lars Blix led the scoring with 15 points. Cole Claussen had 13, Brandon Fudge 11, Andrew Weiler seven, Eli McElroy six, Bradley Peek and Mitchell Dault three each, and Brook Calvert one.

Blix had nine rebounds, and Steven Doumit had seven. Weiler made six steals.

On Tuesday, the Mule JV's topped King's Way 63-24.

Blix scored 13, Peter Weiler and Zach Pierce 12 each, Claussen and Fudge six each, McElroy and Doumit five each, and A. Weiler and Dault two each.

P. Weiler had 10 rebounds and five steals. Fudge made 10 rebounds, and A. Weiler and Claussen each had five steals.
