Mules earn all-league football honors

Several Wahkiakum Mules have been named to the Central League's all-league teams in voting by coaches.

Mule linebacker Ty Bain was named defensive player of the year. Mules named to the second team defense were linebacker Jeff Vik and defensive back Joel Nicolazzi.

Running back Bryce McClain and lineman Bain earned first team offense honors, and running back Zach Schneider was named to the second team offense.

Receiving honorable mention were defensive lineman Luke Thomason and defensive back Zach Pierce.

Adna's Kyle Grosshans was the league's most valuable offensive player, and Mossyrock's Rusty Nelson was named coach of the year.
