Grays River Grange hosts farmers market

On September 1, The Grange will host a Farmers Market at Meserve Park in Grays River. It starts at 11 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.

All transactions will be between the seller and the buyer - the market is only hosted by the Grays River Grange, stewards of Meserve park. There is no seller's fee to participate.

"Our last market was so successful, we're doing another one. The location is excellent. SR 4 traffic slows for Grays River and we anticipate a lot of people returning from the beach after the three day weekend." said Krist Novoselic, Master of the Grays River Grange. "There were many travelers who stopped in the last market. The park is lovely. It's located on a bank of the Grays River and features mature Elm trees and picnic benches. There's plenty of parking and a restroom."
