Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
I am delighted to announce that Lisa Frink has been added to the fair staff. With three year’s fair experience, Lisa is an excellent asset, using her knowledge and skills to make this year’s 100th fair celebration amazing. A local middle school teacher, Lisa has strong ties within the community and is excited to sink her teeth into the challenge of organizing the fair.
This year we really want to showcase local talent, allowing performers the opportunity to strut their stuff. If you think you have what it takes and want to be part of this year’s fair, call or email the fair office today – 795 3480 / wahkiakumfair@centurytel.net.
On a sad note, unfortunately, one of our princesses has resigned. Aimee Harrison has decided to withdraw from the competition to spend more time with her family. We are sad to lose Aimee and thank her for her contributions to this year’s fair.
If you have an idea for this year’s fair or would like to volunteer some of your time please contact the fair office. This is your fair; let’s make it the best one yet!
