Voters in the Naselle/Grays River Valley School District appeared to be passing a special levy in initial counting on Tuesday.
The combined Wahkiakum-Pacific vote was 436-240, giving it 64.49 percent approval. At least 60 percent is needed.
In Wahkiakum County, 164 voters supported the levy, 59.42 percent, and 112 opposed it, 40.58 percent.
The special levy would replace an existing levy and provide support for a variety of school district activities.
