Despite the title of a recent survey mailed only to the residents in the 98612 zip code, the “Cathlamet Community Survey,” needs input from all residents in Wahkiakum County and the Naselle School District.
The results of the survey will guide community efforts of the Wahkiakum Horizons group in the Wahkiakum and Naselle area. The Horizons program is a regional community development project sponsored by Washington State University Extension and the Northwest Area Foundation.
Surveys can be picked up at the Rosburg Store, 4193 SR4; Skamokawa Center, 1391 W. SR4, Skamokawa; or the WSU Extension Office, 25-E River Street (next to the PUD) in Cathlamet.
Surveys should be returned in person or by mail to the WSU Extension office (PO Box 278) by October 15, before 4 p.m.
