This weekend's Hook the Hawg salmon derby was sponsored by the Wahkiakum Chamber of Commerce and the Elochoman Slough Marina. It was a great time for all who attended. Trailers filled the parking lot at the marina as anglers tried their best to hook the biggest salmon. The final winners gathered at River Mile 38 Brewing Company. MIXED BAG. We had a bit of everything this past week so if you didn't like the weather, you just had to wait a bit and it would change.
