    Due to popular demand, the Wahkiakum Autism Awareness volunteers have expanded the selection of merchandise of the locally designed Autism Mule. T-shirts are still available but now you can also order long sleeved shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies. Autism Mule stickers, brass pins and iron-on embroidered patches are also available for $5.00 each. As before, 100 percent of the proceeds go directly to the Wahkiakum School District for creating a Sensory Room for students with Autism and special needs.     The Wahkiakum Mules volleyball team’s season ended last week, but not without a fight. After losing 3-1 to Toutle Lake in the first round of the double elimination district tournament on October 29, the Wahkiakum Mules volleyball team had to win their next three games to have any chance of advancing to state.     The Class B2 top ranked Napavine Tigers brought the Wahkiakum Mule football season to a close with a 56-0 shutout last Thursday night in Napavine.     The Naselle Comet volleyball team is headed to the 1B state tournament at the Yakima Valley SunDome on November 10-11 after taking second in the district tournament on Saturday. The team started the district tournament on Thursday with a three set win against Columbia Adventist.
