    Travis James Burdick, 61, of Longview died October 26, 2010, at a Cathlamet adult care facility. He was born December 29, 1948, in Longview, to Traverse O. and Irene (Harrington) Burdick. Travis attended Cathlamet schools, graduating from Wahkiakum High School in 1967. He spent many years living in the Vancouver and Portland areas before returning to Longview four years ago.     The Wahkiakum Mule volleyball team completed its regular season last Thursday and were battling in the district tournament this week. The Mules lost 3-1 to Central League champion Toutle Lake last Thursday to close the regular season. They started district tournament competition Monday, beating Willapa Valley 3-0 and losing to Toutle Lake 3-0. The Mules faced the Pe Ell Trojans last night (Wednesday) at Napavine.     The Wahkiakum Mule junior varsity volleyball team completed its regular season last Thursday with a 3-1 at Toutle Lake, by scores of 14-25, 18-25, 21-25. The Mules finished the season with a 7-6 record. "We usually count on tough, aggressive serves, but we had too many unforced errors," said JV Coach Joyce Wilson.
