    The historic Rosburg Store is finally reopening. They will have a soft opening on Friday the 12th and are open that day from noon to 7 p.m. Starting on the 13th they will have regular hours from 5 a.m., to 7 p.m., seven days a week except holidays. For the first week they will only be selling soda, beer and basic general store groceries and necessities.     The eroding beach at Cape Horn apparently won't receive dredged sand this year for beach nourishment. Wahkiakum County officials have been working for two years to obtain permits for dredge spoils deposits at Cape Horn and three spots on Puget Island, and they thought it would be likely the Cape Horn site would get sand this year.     Submitted by the Washington State Patrol Naselle-Grays River Valley School District was placed on lockdown last Thursday morning as Washington State Patrol (WSP) Troopers and allied agencies searched for two subjects involved in pursuit on state Route 401. Both subjects were located and booked in Pacific County Jail.     Last week Wahkiakum runners participated at a Central 2B league meet hosted by Toledo at Lewis and Clark State Park. John C. Thomas Warrior and eighth grader Kaiden Ray took 13th place out of 28 runners from five schools in a 2,500 meter race. He finished with a time of 13:08. In the first quarter, Chance Cothren scored on an 87-yard run and seven-yard pass from Lucas Brown who kicked two conversions. The Vikings hit a field goal for a 14-3 score.
