    The Wahkiakum Mule Volleyball team is off to a good start to the season with two wins last week, beating South Bend on the road and Ilwaco at home. Last Thursday the team traveled to South Bend and beat the Indians in three games, 25-10, 25-14, and 25-18. Kennedi LaBerge had five kills and eight digs.     It might have been compared to a battle between David and Goliath, but this time, Goliath won. In other words, the Napavine Tigers rolled over the Wahkiaum Mules 49-7 in a Central League football game last Friday. With a small squad this year, the Mules suited up only 15 players, a majority of them freshmen and sophomores.
