If not, there is much activity at the site of the Rosburg Store, which will open again soon with new owners, Norman and Joyce Bolton of Rosburg.     Commissioners of Wahkiakum Port District 1 heard reports on Labor Day weekend business at their meeting September 9. “This has been a very busy month and you can see that reflected in our revenue,” said Port Manager Jackie Lea. Lea remarked on the number of campers over the holiday weekend and said the Chamber of Commerce chili cook-off had many attendees despite plans to cancel the event in the days leading up to it.
