They have implemented a composting program and replaced throw away trays with new reuseable plastic.     August 26 5:18 p.m. Cathlamet emergency services responded to a Skamokawa resident experiencing chest pains. 7:41 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance transported a possible stroke victim to the hospital in Longview. 9:12 p.m. A Skamokawa homeowner reported people trespassing and entering a trailer on their property.
