    To The Eagle: Thank you to the community and Mary Dasher. As one of the volunteers who are blessed with the opportunity to offer service to the community by working at Helping Hand, I want to explain what we do. Rick Dasher and his wife Mary started Helping Hand over 15 years ago, as a personal ministry. It was housed in the Adventist church for most of that time.     Wahkiakum County law enforcement officers and emergency response personnel handled a variety of reports during the past week, including: July 12--3:33 p.m. A Rosedale resident reported a neighbor's dog has been attacking the caller's puppies; a deputy made contact. 4:22 p.m. An Altoona-Pillar Rock Road resident said an elderly woman was dancing in the roadway and acting strangely; no one was around when an officer checked. 4:43 p.m. A Rosedale resident reported someone had taken a wallet and other items left in a vehicle. 6:12 p.m. A caller...
