    Lower Columbia College (LCC) and Three Rivers Christian School (TRCS) have entered into a partnership to support each other’s programs for recruiting international students. Recently, Three Rivers Christian School applied to expand its ability to take longer-term students at the school, according to school superintendent, Erin Hart.     Phil Pedersen and Mida (Dodge) Pedersen were married June 13, 1958 and celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on June 13, 2018. They have five children, 24 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. The Dodge brothers worked at Crown. Mida is a Wahkiakum High School graduate alumni, Class of 58.     To The Eagle: A top-two primary election is on August 7, 2018. Three Democrats are candidates in the primary for the 3rd Congressional District, David McDevitt, Caroline Long and Dorothy Gasgue.     To The Eagle: Last night at the town council meeting, they had an executive session to discuss the purchase of the small parking lot between Butler Street and the Bank of the Pacific. When they came out of session, a motion was made to purchase the lot for $68,000.     The Cathlamet Town Council adopted an update of the town park and recreation plan and addressed other business at the monthly meeting on Monday. Town Attorney Heidi Heywood suggested a clarification on a page with a map showing the proposed waterfront park on the old sewage lagoon site. Land at the edge of the site is owned by Port District 1, but the town has an easement there for the outfall pipe for the town sewer system.
