    It’s time for 2B State Track and Field in Cheney at Eastern Washington University this weekend and seven students are headed over today to represent Wahkiakum High School.     SO SO--If you were one of those folks who went camping this Memorial holiday, I do hope you didn't get too soaked, as often times it was just a little bit on the wet side around here.     The Heart and Sole Dance Show will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 1 in the Wahkiakum High School gym.     A group of Elochoman Valley residents are in the infant stages of developing a long range plan to restore fisheries in the Elochoman River. They'll host a meeting open to anyone interested in the river, according to spokesperson Dianne Froode. The meeting will be May 31, 10 a.m., at the Elochoman Slough Marina.     Commissioners approved a request to waive the county's right of first refusal to purchase land adjacent to the Grays River Valley Center that is being sold. The board agreed to a request from Skamokawa resident Mike Linn to pressure the US Army Corps of Engineers for more public fishing access along Steamboat Slough Road.
