    The Wahkiakum Mule track team competed against five schools at the Adna Pirate Classic on Tuesday. The team took first place in girls competition with 146 points and the sixth in boys competition with 34 points. Ryan Quigley led the boys, placing second in the high jump and third in both the long jump and the triple jump.     The Wahkiakum Mules track and field team competed against 14 other teams from Washington and Oregon in the Kalama Twilight meet last Friday. The Mules were two of three 2B teams that participated. The other 11 teams represented 1A to 4A schools. The Lady Mules earned 37 points and took ninth place in girl’s competition.
