She was born in Lowell on May 26, 1946, the daughter of Christopher and Mildred Sophos.     Officials from the Town of Cathlamet and Wahkiakum County agreed Tuesday to continue discussions of the town's request for support of a temporary relocation of the Bradley Library to the Cathlamet Food Mart Building in Rosedale. Commissioners Dan Cothren and Lisa Marsyla indicated they would consider contributing to rent payments, but they showed little support for the town's request to waive sewer connection fees for the mini-mall.     Reports about a water leak, a planned power outage, and a construction project occupied Wahkiakum PUD commissioners at their April 18 meeting. Manager Dave Tramblie reported that a leak in the Western Wahkiakum Water System had been repaired last week. One of the water crew employees noticed water was coming out of a concrete underground storage vault, said Tramblie, and opened the vault to find the plumbing for a valve had failed. Port Commissioners Kayrene Gilbertsen, Brian O'Connor and Lori Scott are holding public meetings to gather input for updating the port's comprehensive plan.
