If a settlement is awarded, the whistleblower gets a share of the award and the rest goes to the state. Retaliation against an employee for engaging in a qui tam action would be prohibited. Opponents say the bill could open the d...

We will be fine, we just need to execute and have a better mindset.” Senior Beau Carlson was 3-3 at bat. The Mules traveled to Raymond on Wednesd...

    Diana Zimmerman|Mar 25, 2021

"They were letting me slip through the cracks," Brenden said. "They were just pushing me through the system. It's way better here." Brenden still lives in Longview, making the drive to Cathlamet each day. "People are...

  • Meet Our Seniors: Evangeline Davidson

    Mar 25, 2021

By Diana Zimmerman Evangeline Davidson has been celebrating her birthday since she was 12 for unusual reasons. The pair put nearly everything they owned in storage at the beginning of that year, except the things they needed. Those things were packed into a Suburban, which they lived in when they weren't staying in hotels. "So, that was fun," Evangeline said facetiously. "I saw a lot of people....
