    People who are interested in how a road usage charge might work in Washington can now download the full report from the Washington Road Usage Charge Pilot Project website.     On February 8 at 10:00 a.m., Billie Bevers, Washington State University Master Gardener, will discuss the skills needed for raising Mason Bees. Orchard Mason Bees are highly effective pollinators that are very non-aggressive and become active in early spring.     During the first weekend of the new year, 22 teams from all over southwest Washington and northwestern Oregon competed in a local youth basketball tournament organized by a local nonprofit organization for Wahkiakum Class of 2027 Girls Basketball.     The Wahkiakum Mule wrestling team spent some time on the road this week. The boys traveled to Tenino on Saturday, but returned without any medals. Meanwhile, the girls headed to Kelso for their annual two day tournament. It’s a big event, and this year, there were 800 girls from several states competing.
