    Dan Cothren began the Wahkiakum County Board of Commissioners meeting last Wednesday with a welcome to their new commissioner, Gene Strong. During public comment, Wahkiakum resident Kay Walters asked the commissioners to consider reviewing ferry rates after a recent one way trip turned out to be more expensive than she had expected.     Attorney General Bob Ferguson wants to hear from Washingtonians impacted by last month’s statewide 911 outage. Ferguson asks Washingtonians impacted by the outage to share their stories by emailing them to 911outage@atg.wa.gov.
