CALL FOR BIDS LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE WAHKIAKUM COUNTY CATHLAMET, WASHINGTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Wahkiakum County Public Works Dept. in the County Courthouse at 64 Main Street, P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612 until the hour of 9:45 A.M. on April 8th, 2025. Sealed bids will then be opened and publicly read in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners for Landscape Maintenance services in Wahkiakum County Courthouse Buildings. Contract Description: This contract consists of landscape maintenance of the Wahkiakum County Courthouse grounds, 64 Main Street, Cathlamet, WA; including landscaping around the back half of the Hanigan Building. All bids shall be submitted by using the County’s three-page Landscape Maintenance Proposal form, including the bidder’s statement of qualifications. Bids not submitted in this manner will be rejected. Complete specifications can be obtained by contacting Wahkiakum Public Works Department, P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612, phone number (360) 795-3301. The successful bidder will be required to execute a written Landscape Maintenance Contract and to carry liability insurance and fidelity bond as described in the contract documents. This contract is for a Two (2) year period from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027, and may be extended as authorized by the Board of County Commissioners. Wahkiakum County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding and to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder who demonstrates qualifications to do the work.
