    Clothing shoppers in Cathlamet have a new source of bargains. All Kindza Stuff is located near the Shell station on SR 4. Local resident Lori Smith is managing the bargain clothing store that has been operating for the past month. Smith said she pulled the store together in just a few weeks with help from James Harper.     A small group of board members and volunteers are working to preserve a collection of photographs and eclectic artifacts at the Wahkiakum County Historical Society Museum in Cathlamet. The museum’s board of directors has spent reserves to keep the doors open, but only $1,100 remains, said Board President Judy Brawn, who estimates the annual budget to be over $3,600.     Two years after the Washington State Supreme Court ruled Wahkiakum School District’s random drug testing program for middle and high school athletes was unconstitutional, the district is considering offering urine drug tests to students suspected of being under the influence of or using controlled substances at school.     Wahkiakum PUD commissioners adopted a revised policy for security deposits at their board meeting December 21. New residential consumers who provide a one year history of satisfactory utility payments would not be charged a deposit. At present the policy requires a two year history of good credit, General Manager David Tramblie explained.
