    Our local HCA Community Based Specialist, Rochelle Cothren, will be at the community center again on the first Wednesday of the month, October 2 from 10-noon. If you have an open application in the Washington Health Plan Finder for Washington Apple Health and are coming up against problems, Rochelle is the one to visit.
