  • FAFF keeps culture going in Naselle with talking tombstones

    The local Finnish American Folk Festival group from Naselle presented an event on Oct. 31 called the "Talking Tombstones"! This event was met with rave reviews by the presenters and the 95 visitors who came in small COVID friendly groups to hear them. Monologs were shared by each presenter describing the hardships, faith and endurance of each Finnish ancestor buried there.   • Naselle Community Center concert is well received

    The Naselle Community Center hosted their second concert recently to rave reviews and a large audience! Almost 100 visitors came from all over to hear the vast array of talent. Over $1,000 in donations were collected to help offset costs of upgrades and maintenance to the building. The event was a huge success!   • News from the new Naselle Community Center

    The Naselle Community Center held its 2nd event on Saturday, March 30th from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Artists came from Longview, Astoria, Ilwaco and Naselle to display and sell their beautiful pieces of art. Framed and matted paintings, drawings and prints were beautifully displayed upstairs while homemade jewelry, woven baskets and photography art was downstairs.
