Manages delinquent taxes by enforcing real property foreclosure and personal property distraint procedures; consulting with prosecuting attorney’s office regarding laws attached to delinquent tax issues; organizing and assisting with foreclosure sale. Operates a personal computer effectively with beginning to intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office programs. Minimum qualifications: Education and Training: 2 years experience in general accounting and data processing; 2 years experience with foreclosure and property distraint procedures; must have knowledge of computers and computerized accounting including intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office programs. High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical Requirements: Strong technical, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Commitment to a very high degree of service quality is required. Work in a cooperative and teamwork environment, as well as perform work in a multi-task work environment.
